Itinerary.
Day 1 - Monday 21st March 2022
From 2pm - Arrive at Chateau de Glatens. You will be welcomed by our retreat host, Julika, and shown to your room.
4pm-5pm - Happy Hour.
5pm - 8pm - 3 course dinner to be cooked by Chef Bryan and served in the Orangerie
Day 2 - Friday 15th October
8.30am - 10.30am - Breakfast is served in the kitchen or courtyard.
11am - Recommended Activity - Explore Lectoure’s Lectoure Farmer’s Market
4pm-5pm - Happy Hour in the chateau courtyard
5pm - 8pm - 3 course dinner to be cooked by Chef Bryan and served in the Orangerie
Day 3 - Saturday 16th October
8.30am - 10.30am - Breakfast is served in the kitchen.
11am - Recommended Activity - Explore the Beaumont de Lomagne farmer’s market.
2pm - Cooking Class with Chef Bryan
4pm-5pm - Happy Hour in the chateau courtyard
5pm - 8pm - 3 course dinner to be cooked by Chef Bryan and served in the Orangerie
Day 4 - Sunday 17th October
8.30am - 10.30am - Breakfast is served in the kitchen or courtyard.
11am - Morning guided hike.
1pm - Charcuterie, cheese and Floc tasting experience at the chateau, sampling some of our favourite locally available produce.
4pm-5pm - Happy Hour in the chateau courtyard
5pm - 8pm - 3 course dinner to be cooked by Chef Bryan and served in the Orangerie
Day 5 - Monday 17th October
8.30am - 10.30am - Breakfast is served in the kitchen or courtyard.
11am - Restorative Yoga Session, led by Katie X
Wine and Armagnac tasting at Domain d’Arton with the producer, XX.
4pm-5pm - Happy Hour in the chateau courtyard
5pm - 8pm - 3 course dinner to be cooked by Chef Bryan and served in the Orangerie
Day 6 - Tuesday 18th October
8.30am - 10.30am - Breakfast is served in the kitchen or courtyard.
